Reporting a problem

To help us fix things quickly, please include: the tool you were using (its page address is enough), the type and rough size of the file, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Because most conversions run in your browser, the browser name and version (for example “Chrome on Android”) is often the missing clue. Please don't attach files containing sensitive personal information.

Response times

We're a small operation, so replies can take a few working days — bug reports that break a tool for everyone get looked at first. Every message is read.
